Features

  • The 3000 Series Tubular Set is engineered to meet ULC requirements and is certified for 20 minutes
    suite entry doors.
  • Suitable for use on all doors in public buildings, houses, commercial buildings, hotels and hospitals.
  • All of the levers are also available to be used on our ANSI Grade 1 Mortise Lockset
  • The 3000 Series is user friendly for children and the disabled

Door Preparation

If weather-stripping, acoustical material or silencers are used on the door or frame, care must be taken in the installation so that it will not interfere with the ease in which the latchbolt enters the strike.

Specifications

  • Applications: For offices, schools, hospitals, apartments, hotels / motels and other public buildings
  • Door Thickness: 1-3/8” to 1-3/4” (35 mm to 45 mm)
  • Backset: 2-3/8” (60 mm) or 2-3/4” (70 mm) standardt
  • Strike: Full Lip Strike as standard
  • Handing: Non handed passage and privacy sets, some single dummies are handed
  • Latchbolt: Universal, non-handed, ½” throw as standard
  • Finish: Stocked in US32D & US15
  • Split Finishes: Available upon request. Outside finish must be specified first and will match strike finish unless otherwise specified. Please contact a sales or customer representative for more information
  • Faceplate: Faceplate 2-1/4” x 1” as standard
  • Listing: ULC Listed for use on Fire Doors (20 minutes rated)
